What if I've booked a seat but can no longer make it?

• In the event of a guest cancellation, we have a refund policy:

     - Over 48 hours notice: full refund.

     - Within 48 hours: 50% refund (unless the seat is filled, in which case you'll receive a full refund).

     - Within 24 hours: unfortunately, no refund will be issued.
